Connect Event Hub came out of the desire to help a client to re-imagine an event for virtual. We jumped into the “virtual platform soup” and began to research and test many platforms. No platform checked every box but Remo came pretty close. The combination of a quality presentation mode, the power of face to face connections in the conversation mode and a highly effective chat function made it the perfect virtual platform for our client’s event.
The event was a resounding success and the engagement was off the charts. The attendees and sponsors were thrilled with the level of connection that they made. We were sold!
Virtual Event Platform vs Virtual Event Venue
We had fallen in love with the platform and immediately could see the value of a space like this for a multitude of events. (It felt like a physical space not a 2D platform.) In our journey to transition to virtual, we found that most platforms were operated by technical people who didn’t really understand the needs of event producers. The experience was very transactional and not supportive at all. We knew that we weren’t alone in that experience and that we could do better…Connect Event Hub was born.
We leveraged the Remo platform as a Virtual Event Venue designed to operate as a turn-key event space. We know how much time and energy it takes event organizers and planners to navigate the “platform soup”, build an event and manage all the back-end functions of the platform while servicing their client, managing speakers and designing content. That’s where we come in!
Planners, you can bring your events to Connect Event Hub and just like a traditional venue, we provide a skilled “Venue Operations Team” to support you. We are the platform experts! We have taken the time to learn all the bells and whistles so you don’t have to. When you book an event at Connect Event Hub we become part of your team! We are event professionals who understand your goals and objectives and will work with you to maximize the platform and help you to design a successful event. Our goal is to make you shine!
